This picture should have been posted at the end of today's blog. But, I'd already posted them in the proper order of the day. After working on the pictures, we sat down to eat. Charlie had made up these DEElicious Cajun beans and rice, with garlic bread. This is my 3rd helping. I just took another helping because I'd forgotten to take a picture! The best meal of the trip (so far :-) Now, the rest will be in order.
