First breakfast of the trip. This the the "diabetic special" at the Shilo Inn in Portland:-) Maybe not the most delightful way to start the day, but it was there. :-) I didn't get out of the Hospital until after 11 AM, It was still in the high 40's with sun when I left to head south.
