As promised, this is my "Liver Mush" breakfast. It's ground up cooked liver, mixed with cornmean, rolled out and cut into squares. Then fried. I really enjoyed it, and has it all to myself, since none of the others at my table was brave enough to taste it Took this around 9AM, just before leaving Maggie Valley and the "End of SEVROC06" for me.
